Palm Desert Resort and Spa

"I was invited by Marriott to come here with a huge discount to experience the Marriott Vacations Club, and the requirement is to attend a sales presentation about their Marriott Vacations Club membership during my stay. Since I have not been to any of the Marriott resorts, I curiously took the offe r, went with my husband and my parents. We drove to Palm Desert from the San Francisco Bay Area and the location / entrance of the resort was easy to find on our GPS. Upon entering the premises it showed a high class elegance matching the description of a nice resort. The check-in process was quick and informational, we were given maps, dining coupon booklet, and directions of how to get to our suite. The entrance to the suites is gated and you will need your keycard to get in. Once we got into our 1-bedroom suite, we were amazed of how spacious it is. It truly feels like home away from home. Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel Palm Desert

"This hotel was excellent. From the full made to order breakfast, to the evening reception with snacks and cocktails, everything was wonderful. The suites were large and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and included a great pool and hot tub outside . The hotel seemed to be centrally located in the area and it was easy to get from one place to another. Perhaps the best part of our stay was Kenny, the bartender at the evening reception. He was happy and friendly and remembered each one of our drinks. He even made some specialty "Kenny drinks" that were fabulous!! All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and already have plans to come back next year. Thanks for a great vacation! More >

"We spend 4 nights at this hotel, and would like to say our experience was excellent! Rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean! Breakfast was a real treat with all the extras included; and Happy Hour was indeed fun and we could have nearly anything we wanted for drinks. We would definitely go back, and want to thank Susan at the front desk for putting our four couples near each other and at the quieter end of the hotel. Also, the pool was large, and had ample chairs to relax on. More >
