I was invited here by the casino regarding my initial gambling visit in November 2015. They offered me 2 comped weekend night (on a 3 day Holiday weekend), and $100 credit for The Steakhouse, located in their casino.
I'm about 223 mi away from this location, so I decided to give it a try.
Room: Large, spacious, modern, clean. 42" flat screen TV, large bath tub, TV in bathroom to watch while relaxing in the tub, dual sinks, separate toilet, mini bar, large closet, air purifier in room.I'm a smoker, and the room was not smoky. Great air/temperature system.
Room Service: Prices are fair, way cheaper than the Hilton and Las Vegas. Cost not an issue to me for the convenience. I will upload their Room Service menu including prices and Spa menu. *No coffee maker in room. You must order a pot through room service or at Java Caliente.
Staff: Very friendly, made me feel welcome during my stay. (Bartender, Restaurant Staff, Casino Floor staff, Registration) A+ Customer Service
Slots: Large variety of penny slots, Nickel Slots, Quarter Slots and Dollar Slots. Although I did not go to the tables this trip, they have a variety of card games, craps and roulette (no ball, just cards). I did play a high limits slot machine, Coyote Moon, $1 slot, 40 lines.
All in all, slots here pay out, I'm actually going home with $.
Rewards club: 1 point for every $3 spent in slots. Unlike Total Rewards, you can't check your balance online, you must check at a slot machine or rewards booth.
Restaurants: I visited 2: Waters Cafe and The Steakhouse. Both were excellent, and I will make a separate review. There is a buffet and deli, and other restaurants here.
