Spa Vichy

My friends and I stayed there last weekend for a bachelor party. We rented a 2 bedroom oceanview suite, which was awesome. The room was spacious and very modern. It was a nice place to relax and chill out. We had dinner one night at the restaurant, which was also great. The service was top notch at this resort.

My only complaint here was the parking situation. The number of parking spots seemed inadequate for the size of the hotel. We did self parking and it seemed that too much of the parking was allocated to the valet parking. Also, there was underground parking, which said reserved (possibly to hotel employees?), but the spaces were always empty. I didn't want to park there, for fear of being towed or ticketed. In any event, this issue was very minor in comparison and did not takeaway from the great resort in general.

I am pleased to hear that you and your friends were able to enjoy your special occasion in one of our two bedroom suites. I do apologize for the miscommunication in regards to our parking policy. All underground parking is reserved for our hotel guests, which we try to convey to all our guests during the check-in process. I am happy to hear this issue did not hinder your experience.
