a quiet country lane in rural Hyde Park, New York you
will discover The Willows Bed and Breakfast. Lisa and
Lee Fraitag, The Willow's innkeepers, welcome you to
their lovingly restored 1765 Colonial farmhouse, in
the heart of the beautiful and historic Hudson Valley.
Lisa, a professional French horn player and music teacher
and Lee, a Culinary Institute of America
graduate look forward to sharing their home with you.
The two guest rooms are quaintly furnished with antiques,
quilts, and each offering their own distinctive charm.
Savor a full and hearty country breakfast including
many homemade food specialties.
Our breakfast features a bounty of the freshest herbs
and vegetables straight from our garden. We are members
of the New York State Farm Bureau and are proud to offer
many of the best that the Hudson Valley produces. Our
delicious breakfasts are served either in our spacious
dining room or if weather permits, outside on our flagstone
patio overlooking a neighboring horse farm. |

decorated in the Victorian manner.The private
bath is en suite. A refrigerator is provided
with complimentary beverages. The room has
the capability of accommodating up to four
people using a sofa/futon with coil spring
mattress at an additional cost. |

smaller of our two rooms, but not in it's
charm! Decorated in a country outdoor motif.
A full sized maple spindle bed awaits your
slumber. The private bath has an old fashioned
claw foot tub with shower for you to relax
in. A refrigerator is provided in the room
with complimentary beverages. |

we have picked at nearby farms. All breads
are made from home ground flours and are served
with home churned butter. We feature freshly
prepared sausages and home cured bacon. We
offer locally roasted coffees and specially
blended teas. Homemade goat & cow's milk
cheeses are available on a seasonal basis.
We even have honey from our own hives. |
